Check-out process calculates the total weight of chosen products and proposes shipping method based on delivery address.

Registered mails are subject to additional charge of EUR 2,10.

Maximum weight for shipping by Austrian Post is 31,5 kg.

Standard post delivery times (working days excluding Saturdays):

• Europe: 5-11 days;
• America: 10-20 days;
• Australia: 10-20 days;

Priority post delivery times (working days excluding Sundays):

• Europe: 2-4 days - letters and 4-6 days – parcels;
• America: 3-7 days - letters and 4-8 days – parcels;
• Australia: 4-6 days - letters and 5-8 days – parcels;

Shipped orders are updated and notification email is sent to the client.
